Dogs on Leads on Rural Footpaths

Posted 27 weeks ago (27/10) by Theresa Goss

The Parish Council has been requested to kindly remind those who use footpaths which are routed across fields, to ensure that dogs are always on a lead if there is also livestock in the fields.

Dogs chasing pregnant ewes can cause them to miscarry if they are frightened and/or chased by dogs. Please always pick up dog waste too and dispose of it in a dog waste bin or at home.

Thank you for your co-operation.
