Diane Bratt (Chairman)

I was born in Banbury and attended Banbury School, but I then lived and worked in East London and Surrey before returning to Oxfordshire. I moved to Adderbury in 1982, and am married to a local farmer and we have one son.

I have been a Parish Councillor in Adderbury for about twenty years and I have been Chairman for the past seven years. The role of Chairman is a busy one, but I am also a member of the Parish Council’s Planning Committee as well as being Chairman of Adderbury Lakes.

I have been involved in many aspects of the Parish Council’s work over this number of years but I was especially pleased to be able to secure the Adderbury Lakes as a nature reserve and village amenity for Adderbury.

I serve as a Parish Councillor because I believe government at local level is extremely important. I am always happy to answer questions from residents.
