1. Apologies for absence

To receive any apologies for absence from the meeting.

2. Election of Chairman

To appoint a Chairman of the Parish Council for 2012/2013.

3. Election of Vice-Chairman

To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Parish Council for 2012/2013.

4. Signing of Declarations of Acceptance of Office

All members to complete their Declarations of Acceptance of Office.

5. Declarations of Interest

Members are asked to declare any personal interest, and the nature of that interest, which they may have in any of the items under consideration at this meeting.

6. Minutes

To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 24 April 2012 and to discuss any matters arising from those minutes. (Page 1)

7. Appointment of Council Representatives & Council Committees

To appoint the Parish Council representatives and establish the membership of the Parish Council Committees. The current memberships are attached.

8. Superfast Broadband

To discuss bringing superfast broadband to Adderbury.

9. Open Forum

Members of the public are invited to raise any items which concern the Parish.

11. Finance

i) Approval of Accounts for Payment

To approve the accounts for payment. (To be tabled)

ii) Bank Reconciliation

To note the bank reconciliation (To be tabled);

12. Village Events

i) Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Celebrations 2012

To receive an update on the events being held to mark the Queen’s
Diamond Jubilee.

ii) Day of Dance – 28.04.12

To receive a report on the 2012 event.

13. Village/Parish Matters

i) Area Stewardship Fund

To receive an update with regard to the projects under consideration and
funding which is available.

ii) Future Funding Support to the Library

To discuss the support needed by the Library.

iii) Millennium Cup

To agree the arrangements for the Millennium Cup for 2012.

iv) Parish Plan and Neighbourhood Plan

To discuss reviewing the Parish Plan and developing a Neighbourhood Plan.

v) Parish Council Logo

To discuss whether the Parish Council should have its own logo.

vi) Play Area Inspections

To note the play area inspections at The Rise and the Lucy Plackett Playing Field.

Items of correspondence will be circulated to members.
