A meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 23 June 2015 at 7.30 pm at the Church House, Adderbury to transact the business set out in the Agenda below, and you are summoned to attend.

 

The District Councillor Nigel Randall and County Councillor Arash Fatemian are also invited to attend.

1. Welcome – The Chairman to welcome members of the public to the meeting and advise on the procedure for the recording of meetings.7.30pm

5. Expansion of Christopher Rawlins Primary School (CRPS) – The Chair, Vice-Chair and Head Teacher of CRPS to attend the meeting and discuss the proposed expansion of the School.7.50pm – 8.10pm

8.  Planning 

i)                  Planning Applications – To note the planning applications considered by the Parish Council since the last meeting.  (To follow)

 

ii)          Results of Planning Applications – To note the results of planning applications

determined by Cherwell District Council’s Planning Committee. (To follow)

 

iii)         Longford Park Primary School – To make comments on the proposed admissions arrangements for opening September 2016.

 

iv)         Footpath Diversion – To make comments on the proposed diversion.  (Previously circulated)

 

v)          Gracewell Care Homes – To note that a meeting is being held with Gracewell Care Homes with regard to the £50,000 contribution for projects in the village.

iv)               Parish Council Web Site – To receive an update on the refresh of the Parish Council’s web site.

 

v)               Parish Liaison Meeting – To receive a report from the Parish Liaison Meeting held on 10 June 2015.

 

vi)               Benches – To discuss purchasing a new and replacement benches for the village.
