|1.||Welcome – The Chairman to welcome members of the public to the meeting and advise on the procedure for the recording of meetings.
|2.||Apologies for absence – To receive any apologies for absence from the meeting.
|3.||Defibrillators – To receive a presentation from Ian Jones, Paramedic/Community Defibrillation Officer, South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust with regard to community defibrillators.

|4.||Declarations of Interest – Members are asked to declare any interest and the nature of that interest, which they may have in any of the items under consideration at this meeting.
Advice on declarations of interest should be sought from the Clerk prior to the meeting, as advice cannot be given to Councillors at Parish Council meetings.

|8.||Grievance – To receive a report from Councillors Chris Shallis and Ian Asbury on how the recommendations from the Independent Panel could be implemented by the Parish Council.

|9.||Play Equipment Project – To note a report from the play equipment project working group.

i) Planning Applications – To note the planning applications considered by the Parish Council since the last meeting. (To follow)
ii) Results of Planning Applications – To note the results of planning applications
determined by Cherwell District Council’s Planning Committee. (To follow)
iii) Milton Road North, Adderbury – Nicholas King Development – To note that comments had been submitted by the Clerk to Cherwell District Council with regard to the materials being used on this site.

ii) Bank Reconciliation – To note the bank reconciliation. (To follow)
iii) Section 106 Funds – To receive a report on the recent meetings with Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council with regard to Section 106 funds available for projects in Adderbury.
iv) Parish Council Grants Working Party – To receive a report from the Parish Council’s Grants Working Party.
v) New Homes Bonus 2017/2018 – To agree how the New Homes Bonus should be allocated.

|12.||Parish Council Matters
i) Adderbury Neighbourhood Plan – To receive a report on the progress of the Adderbury Neighbourhood Plan.
ii) Parish Council Surgeries – To receive a report on the issues reported at the last Parish Council Surgery.
Surgeries are held on the first Saturday on the month at the Church House, Adderbury, from 11am to 12 noon.
iii) Health and Safety – To receive a report on:
· the play area inspection at The Rise from Councillor David Griffiths;
· the play area inspection at the Lucy Plackett Playing Field from Councillor Ann Lyons; and
· Adderbury Lakes from Councillor Diane Bratt.
iv) Polytunnels at the Walled Garden Allotment – To consider requests for polytunnels at plots 7 and 8 at the Walled Garden Allotments.
v) LAP and LEAP, Adderbury Fields – To discuss a request from Cherwell District Council to take responsibility for the LAPs and LEAP on the Adderbury Fields development.
vi) Meeting Dates – To discuss the Parish Council meeting in April 2017.

i) Adderbury Library – To receive a report from the FOCAL representative, Councillor Ann Lyons. (To follow)
ii) Footpaths and Rights of Way, Adderbury – To receive an update on the meeting with Sarah Aldous at the County Council about the footpaths and rights of way in Adderbury.
iii) Oxfordshire’s Health and Care Services – The Big Consultation – Phase 1 – To make comments
on the consultation.
iv) Recycling Bins – To discuss the proposed removal of the recycling bins in the lay-by on
v) High Sheriffs Award – To discuss the process for making nominations for the High Sheriffs Award.

|14.||Correspondence – Items of correspondence will be circulated to members.
|15.||Public and Press – To consider passing a resolution in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for items numbered 16 & 17 on the grounds that it could involve the likely disclosure of private and confidential information. 9.00pm
|16.||Community Land, Nicholas King Homes – To receive an update on the community land on the Nicholas King site, north Milton Road.
