|3.||Declarations of Interest – Members are asked to declare any interest and the nature of that interest, which they may have in any of the items under consideration at this meeting.
Advice on declarations of interest should be sought from the Clerk prior to the meeting, as advice cannot be given to Councillors at Parish Council meetings.

iii) Planning Appeal, Land West of Horn Hill Road, Adderbury – To discuss the appeal against refusal of the planning application for a residential development of a single dwelling with associated landscaping and land for an extension to the existing village burial ground – Resubmission of 15/01048/F

iv) Allotment Rent for 2017/2018 – To agree the allotment rents for 2017/2018. (To follow)
v) Internal Audit 2015/2016 – To review effectiveness of the Internal Audit for 2015/2016. (To follow)

|11.||Parish Council Matters
i) Parish Council Documents – To:
1) approve the Risk Register and Assets Register for 2016/2017; and
2) agree the Working Group membership and remit for the review of the Parish Council documents and policies.
ii) Adderbury Neighbourhood Plan – To receive a report on the progress of the Adderbury Neighbourhood Plan.
iii) Parish Council Surgeries – To receive a report on the issues reported at the last Parish Council Surgery.
Surgeries are held on the first Saturday on the month at the Church House, Adderbury, from 11am to 12 noon.
iv) Health and Safety – To receive a report on:
· the play area inspection at The Rise from Councillor David Griffiths;
· the play area inspection at the Lucy Plackett Playing Field from Councillor Ann Lyons; and
· Adderbury Lakes from Councillor Diane Bratt.

i) Adderbury Library – To receive a report from the FOCAL representative, Councillor Ann Lyons.
ii) Defibrillator – To discuss a request for a defibrillator to be located in Adderbury. (To follow)
iii) Land on Milton Road – To discuss:
1. initial work to tidy the land on Milton Road: and
2. obtaining more information from potential user groups.
iv) Litter Bin Outside of the School – To consider a request for a new litter bin outside of the pupil entrance at Christopher Rawlins Primary School.
v) Traffic Issues – To:
1. receive an update from Councillor Colin Astley on the traffic and noise issues on Twyford Road & Manor Road: and
2. arrange a meeting of the Traffic Calming Working Group to discuss all other traffic issues in the village, including those in Twyford and Oxford Road raised at the Parish Council Surgery.
vi) Street Naming – To note the names forwarded to Cherwell District Council for a street name for the access road at the development on land north of Milton Road, Adderbury.

|14.||Public and Press – To consider passing a resolution in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for items numbered 15, 16 & 17 on the grounds that it could involve the likely disclosure of private and confidential information. 8.55pm
|15.||Code of Conduct Complaints – To consider the recommendations from Kevin Lane, Monitoring Officer, with regard to the Code of Conduct complaints. (To follow)

|16.||Grass Cutting Contract 2017/2017 – To consider the quotes for the 2017/2018 grass cutting contract.
